Shipping Rates

We offer progressive delivery rates, the cost of transportation depends from the size of your order.

For orders above 400 Euro we may offer free shipping depending to your location.

When will my shipment be sent out?

A majority of orders will leave within 1-2 business days of placing the order and will be delivered straight to you shortly there after. Soon after an order has been placed, you will be receiving a tracking number for your shipment(s)

How is the wine shipped?

We deliver the wine through our network via common carriers. We prefer a daytime office/work address to ensure timely delivery. You must be 18 or older to receive a wine shipment.

How is the wine packaged?

To prevent breakage we package the wine in special 100% recyclable pulp packaging

Extreme Weather Shipping

In cases of extreme heat or extreme cold, we may hold packages until the weather permits to ensure our customers only receive wine in the best condition.

Ship Countries

Currently we ship only within European Union, UK, USA & Russia/Belarus

Return & Exchange Policy

We are happy to assist you! If there are any issues with the wine, please contact us within 7 days of purchase. A new product may be exchanged for another product or returned for a refund.

Refund Policy

  • Orders under 100€ are subject to a 35% restocking fee.

  • Orders between 100€ – 200€ are subject to a 30% restocking fee

  • Orders between 200€ – 300€ are subject to a 25% restocking  fee

  • Orders over 300€ are subject to a 20% restocking fee

To be eligible for a return, please make sure that:

  • The product was purchased in the last 7 days

  • The product isn’t used or damaged

  • You have the receipt or proof of purchase

Products that do not meet these criteria will not be considered for return.

Shipping charges

  1. Shipping charges incurred in connection with the return of a product are non-refundable.
  2. You are responsible for paying the costs of shipping and for the risk of loss of or damage
  3. There is no refund in case that you didn’t receive your package by your mistake
